A Filipino Salad that goes with almost anything fried

Diced Tomatoes, minced onions, quartered salted eggs, some spring onions, all tossed in vinegar give you an ensalada that goes with almost any Filipino dish. It can go well with your tinapa in the morning, your adobo for lunch or your daing na bangus in the evening. It is the quintessential ensalada Filipina.
